How Ambegro handles personal data across recruitment, placement and workforce engagements — and how to raise a concern.
1. Our data-handling principles
Ambegro works with candidate, student and employee information as part of recruitment, placement and workforce engagements. Four principles govern how we handle it.
- Purpose limitation — information is used for the purpose it was given for, and the engagement it relates to.
- Appropriate authorization — candidate information is shared with an employer or institution on the basis of clear notice and authorization.
- Controlled access — access is limited to the people coordinating the engagement.
- Responsible retention — records are kept only as long as the engagement and applicable law require.
2. Consent and notice
Where we collect personal data, we tell you what it is for. Submitting the enquiry form on this site requires you to confirm the consent statement shown alongside it.
For background verification, we act on the employer's defined scope and the candidate's authorization. Verification supports informed decision-making; the employer retains the final hiring and onboarding decision.
[To be provided — the consent, notice and withdrawal mechanics for each engagement type.]
3. Data collected through this website
The fields collected by the enquiry form, how each is used, and the cookies this site sets are documented in the Privacy Notice.
4. Security measures
[To be provided — technical and organisational measures, access controls and incident response.]
5. Breach notification
[To be provided — breach assessment, notification thresholds and timelines.]
6. Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Ambegro is working towards alignment with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including notice, consent, purpose limitation, data-principal rights and grievance redressal.
[To be provided — the confirmed compliance position, data-fiduciary classification and any consent-manager arrangements.]
