Ambegro works with candidate, student and employee information as part of recruitment, placement and workforce engagements. Four principles govern how we handle it.

• Purpose limitation — information is used for the purpose it was given for, and the engagement it relates to.
• Appropriate authorization — candidate information is shared with an employer or institution on the basis of clear notice and authorization.
• Controlled access — access is limited to the people coordinating the engagement.
• Responsible retention — records are kept only as long as the engagement and applicable law require.

For background verification, we act on the employer's defined scope and the candidate's authorization. Verification supports informed decision-making; the employer retains the final hiring and onboarding decision.
